The customer service was amazing. Responded back within minutes. The house was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. For the Mountains it was in a great location. I loved they had a list of things to do inside the home. A list of recommended restaurants. It is a perfect house for a large family. The kids loved their big room. They had games and puzzles. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Anytime we visit NC this is where we will stay. This home is even pet Friendly. So we were able to bring the whole family!

Lovely home, well equipped and spacious. Very clean and furnished very well. Plenty of towels, extra condiments provided along with personal care supplies. It’s a little noisy because it’s next to a busy road but can’t hear the noise with the doors and windows closed.

house is clean and well appointed. everything you need in the kitchen except a larger pot as we were a big group. never got crowded as is very open. breathtaking views at the top of the development. if noises distract you, it is close to fairly busy road but the sounds of the croaking frogs is very relaxing at least to me. they gave us a symphony nightly while on the porch. had a few elderly guests who had some difficulty with the stairs but does have a bedroom downstairs. great place to stay. winery across the street was an easy walk , great entertainment but red wine not so good. white wine is a better bet. Host was super responsive to any problems though they were minor and rare in nature.

Overall this is a lovely home and a great location if you're planning to hike at Linville Falls or in the gorge. We loved having access to a hot tub at the end of a long day -- great for healing sore muscles before the next day's adventures. :) It's also pleasant to walk around the property, you can catch a nice view just up the hill. The house is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soap, toiletries, etc., and the kitchen is easy to use. If you're light sleepers, we recommend taking one of the upstairs bedrooms, as the master suite is directly under the rather loud bathroom plumbing for the upstairs guests. Once everyone is settled in it's fine, but if you go to bed before other guests, keep that in mind. Also, if you want to watch movies, plan on bringing your own DVD player as the house didn't come with one (as far as we could tell) and the internet isn't the best for streaming. But with a few board games & plenty of hiking, we didn't particularly miss the TV time. Overall we recommend staying at this home!

Beautiful place with amazing views. Easy to get to the slopes and great local shopping. Hot tube was hot and clean and the owners were incredibly responsive and kind. We are going back for sure.

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area! My family of 4 stayed here for 6 weeks and it was everything we hoped for and more. The yard and subdivision were stunning with all the fall colors! The view at the top of the hill (5 minute walk) was breathtaking and we watched the sunset most evenings. Location is fantastic! Right off the parkway, close to linville caverns and falls. Dont miss the incredible linville gorge view at the top of the mountain from linville falls access. I think my kids enjoyed the daily trips to the winery across the street more than me. Beautiful area,no crowds and no traffic but also within an hour to Blowing Rock and Boone. Also located within 30 minutes to Banner Elk and Grandfather mountain. Brandy was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful home is well cared for and very comfortable. We had everything one could need. The proximity to the Linville Winery, Linville Falls and Caverns, the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as other nearby towns was great! It was easily accessible and not remote. We would highly recommend it!

Great location for Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, hiking, climbing, etc. The house is very spacious and Brandy stocks the house with soap, shampoo, hair dryers, etc. We had a few minor issues and she responded quickly and took care of it. The toys and games in the house were a nice touch for our 5 year old grandson. The hot tub was nice after a day of hiking! We would definitely book it again!

Beautiful spacious home centrally located to many attractions. The winery across the street was great. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed our time away. Home is pet friendly so if you have allergies be sure to pack meds. Host responded quickly and addressed all concerns. Would return.

Beautiful place!! The house is gorgeous. The location is great. We went skiing to Sugar Mountain and it was only like 25 minutes away. The house is clean and organized. Confy beds. Beautiful rooms. The jacuzzi is so great and relaxing. Responds quick and is very thoughtful. We are so grateful we found this beautiful place. We will definitely go back!

Great home, well situated near the ski slopes and linville winery. Plenty of room for a family or several couples to stay, all the basics are there in the kitchen to be able to cook. Hot tub is fabulous after a day of skiing. And dog friendly. We got lots of snow and we enjoyed making memories so much. We will be back!

Wonderful spot for a family getaway. Quiet location and easy to get to lots of great activities. We enjoyed horse back riding, snow tubing and the Alpine Coaster all within 30-45 mins of the house.

Incredible house and hosts. The house is incredibly cozy and the community is so beautiful. We had and amazing time and will most definitely come back. So thoughtful and always responded quickly. When we needed anything she would quickly come check on us. The house has everything you need. It is spacious and clean. The location of the house is also great. It is close to the ski mountains and close to stores.

Very easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions. The house is a great space for a large family; we hosted our adult daughters and their families for Thanksgiving weekend and preparing a large family meal went smoothly because of the well-stocked kitchen. The location is convenient to the winery and hiking at Linville Falls. Overall a great experience!

We had a great time in this clean and inviting home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking/baking/grilling. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. Great house!! Our early fall visit was only 4 days long and we wished we had more time to stay longer. Loved the hot tub and the special gifts too!! Response time to our questions and needs was AMAZINGLY FAST!!!! Also important in our opinion was the very comfortable bed in the downstairs master bedroom. There is so much to do in this area. The home is located in a great area so that minimal travel in all directions brings you somewhere beautiful with lots to do!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. If you’re looking to get away and want complete privacy in a very beautiful setting, this spot is perfect. The community is very friendly and quiet. You can stay at Blackpoint or get out and explore - Golf, hiking, fishing, shopping unique shops, site seeing (its all there). The Mast General Store is the perfect stop for a family stop.

Great place, with lots of room to spread out. Do yourself a favor and drive around the property to the top of the hill and check out the Mountain views and wildlife. The jacuzzi is a great touch for ending the day ! Lastly, you can walk 200 yards to a local winery with live local music, set on a “cut your own” X-Mas tree farm.

Wonderful home in the mountains in a great location close to various hiking spots. The neighborhood is quiet and has some nice areas to walk in as well. Everything was very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our two families, including a huge room with multiple beds for the kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and clean. While we did experience an issue with the hot tub, the owner was extremely responsive in addressing the situation. Overall, it was a very nice and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful snowy weekend! Very welcoming and kind. Lots of things to do nearby and we loved venturing out to Valle Crucis, Boone and Beech Mountain. Home was very nice and well stocked with comfy linens and plenty of towels. We didn’t need a thing. Was always very responsive and even brought brownies for the kiddos!

Cozy, beautiful and super clean home! Our host was so helpful with suggestions and quickly responded with any questions we had. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook or make drinks with. The home is very close to linville falls, wisemans view, and right across the street from Linville Winery. This home is beautiful, private, peaceful, and convenient. The home itself is beautiful and well maintained. Ultra-fast in responses and super sweet in delivering some yummy treats for our family during our stay. The beds are numerous and comfortable, the bathrooms are oases unto themselves, the kitchen was stocked appropriately, the two indoor dining areas were perfect sizes for breakfast in the morning as well as full on family dinners at night, and the living room was a very comfortable space for the entire family to relax in after a day's exploring. As for the location, we enjoyed the winery across the street from the development, as well as the wonderful convenience to the Blue Ridge Parkway - that carried us quickly from fabulous hiking locations to shopping and dining in Blowing Rock... and all points in between! Thank you, for hosting us.... it was a wonderful stay!

Home is exceptional, and an exceptional hostess! We've stayed in quite a few airbnbs in the US and a couple in Europe, and you won't find a better value than this charming, airy, light-filled home! The beds are truly comfortable, with soft quantity linens. Lots of thick towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash--full size bottles, not hotel minis. Choices of coffees and teas--nobody has ever offered *choices* of teas! The kitchen is thoroughly outfitted, down to keeping ground coffer in the fridge to stay fresh. Master bath shower and tub are fantastic. Everything was sparkling clean. More than ample closet and bureau space. I really loved the covered outdoor dining nook, surrounded by shrubs and trees. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub or to walk through the acreage, but we will when we return--and we *will* return! Six stars!!

We came across this house days into our evacuation from hurricane Florence. The owners were nice enough to let us check in the same day we reserved and extend our stay by two days when the routes to get home were flooded. The home was very comfortable and was stocked with everything necessary for our family including kids and dogs. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would absolutely recommend staying here for a peaceful and comfortable vacation.

We travelled to this home from NYC with four adults and six kids. The sleepover room with six beds was perfect for them and they all enjoyed not having to share a bed. The house was not only large and stylish, but it had all the extras that you could want for your vacation! We appreciated the binder with suggestions for local stores and restaurants. The house is very close to a fantastic winery, Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

We decided to visit the Biltmore Estate over the summer and planned on sightseeing in the mountains of N.C. so we found the listing for the Linville home we chose to stay in. I only have positive things to say. From booking the house, checking in and out, communicating with the hostesses everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The house is beautiful, immaculately kept and very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We visited the Biltmore Estate, Asheville, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain and did some more sightseeing around the area. It is spectacularly beautiful! We are certain to return in the future as we absolutely loved our entire experience.

This place was spectacular location for visiting Linville gorge. It is big enough for friends and families to get together and enjoy some time in the mountain. The kitchen and living room areas were excellent and made the time spent together that much more enjoyable.

We had a great time at Linville Falls. The house is beautiful and can easily accommodate 2-3 small families or a really big one. There’s a room with about 7 beds that kids will love :) The house is really comfortable in a great location, quiet and peaceful. We were one hour from Asheville and about 45 minutes to Boone. We will definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
