Papa's View

We had a wonderful stay! The kids loved the hot tub and made their first snowman! Wood burning fireplace was nice after spending the day out in the snow. Great location as it is very close to The Mast General Store! Would highly recommend!!

Papa’s view was fabulous!! The fact that each room had their own bathroom was awesome! The kitchen was fully equipped and beautiful. We will stay here again!

This house is simply gorgeous. The kitchen is really well stocked with beautiful dishes, sharp knives, and all the gadgets. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and each has a bathroom. Close enough to town but secluded enough for the perfect mountain getaway.

We returned to Valle Crucis, and in particular, Papa's View because of the great location, tasteful accommodations, and it is very dog friendly. Valle Crucis park is great (and close by) if you have kids and/or dogs.

Papa's View is a beautifully appointed mountain home -- secluded yet close to Valle Crucis Park and the Mast General Store. It was an easy drive to Blowing Rock, Boone, and Banner Elk. We had a picture perfect stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m not sure if you can fall in love with a house, but I came pretty close here! Absolutely gorgeous cabin. Well stocked and high end finishes. The hot tub was relaxing and we saw deer, hummingbirds, chipmunks, and other cute wildlife. Very close and convenient to Mast general store, Boone and Blowing Rock. Can’t say enough good things about this home.

Our family came to visit Tweetsie’s Railroad and show our twin girls the mountains for the first time. Great experience! The house is beautiful and had everything and more we could ask for during our stay! There were deer right outside the house several times! The porch was a favorite spot! Overall it was a wonderful experience and we plan to return!

This house is so beautiful! The kitchen is so wonderful & has everything you will need! We loved our week here & my family loved it so much, they want to stay here again! If you have young children, there is a gorgeous community park nearby! Stay here, you’ll be glad you did,

Peaceful stay in a gorgeous, brand new cabin. Cabin was beautifully furnished and appointed. We had everything we could possibly need. The only comment I have is it could maybe use more towels.

Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful mountain retreat with us. It was the perfect house for our weeks vacation. Close to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk so didn’t have to go far for things to do or for food. The house was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen. So nice that we decided to cook instead of eating out the whole time. The management company was good to work with and got back to us quickly when needed. We would diffidently rent again!

Papa's View is a gorgeous home, conveniently located to everything fun to do in the High Country. Perfect for our (adult) needs but not sure it's as suitable for families with kids.
