Maynard Rocks IV in Elk Creek at Banner Elk! This 1,872 sq. ft. home overlooks lovely Banner Creek and is central to downtown Banner Elk. Convenient to skiing at both Beech and Sugar Mountain, as well as the world famous Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway, with its breathtaking fall panoramas and long range views. Be situated in the center of all this wonderful mountain town has to offer!
With fresh 2018 construction, this two story cedar-sided mountain home is sparkling clean, nestled in a gorgeous natural setting. Facing an adorable backyard pond with beautiful farmland and distant mountain views, this home sits adjacent to a year round creek, complete with a large, outdoor fire pit for entertaining and enjoying the natural area during your stay. The double-story, covered side porch has upstairs and ground floor access for plenty of comfortable enjoyment of the outside spaces. The outside dining area is complete with café table lighting for a magical outside ambiance to accompany all the amazing meals you’ll share throughout your stay.
Inside the home sits two upstairs king suites, with two en-suite, luxury bathrooms. Warm up in a steaming hot shower after a long day on the slopes in one of these stand up, decadent tiled spaces. Our cabin was delightful....it was gorgeous, clean, and very well stocked. It was the perfect location to do all the things you would want to do in the Banner Elk area. The fire pit was magical sitting right next to the creek. Our family of 4 had the best time and will most definitely be back. Thanks so much for the hospitality! My husband and I needed a little get away to celebrate our 30th Anniversary, and this was the place. :) He wanted a cabin in the woods... I wanted a bougie hotel... this is what 30 years of working together looks like! We both had a lot of what we wanted.
