Very clean, well organized. Loved the boxes of soap, lotion, ect. That was a very nice touch & appreciated! Internet was not the best for streaming basketball, football or movies, but it was fine for our phone/ipad usage. Thank you for a memorable space for our family to kickoff the Holiday season at Tweetsie!

House looks exactly as pictured and was perfect for 5 couples! Plenty of dishes and glassware for big groups. Grill and hot tub were clean and working properly for our stay. Host was very responsive to all questions we had prior to the trip. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

We loved staying here with our friend group and the place was perfect with a lot of space for everybody. It was a short drive to get into town and had everything we needed - extra linens and supplies, hot tub, fire pit, and fun string lighting for being outside together. We loved it so much and would definitely come back!

SUPER People at Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Someone returned my messages the day I left them and all the folks I talked to had the information I needed and were great to talk with. The Freedom Lodge is nothing short of AMAZING. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for a great stay.

The house was well appointed with all the things that we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were only a short 5 minute walk to Appalachian Ski Mountain and our boys were able to go up and ski until Midnight every evening. It is only about 45 minutes from Sugar and and hour to Beech so it wasn't bad to travel over to those areas to ski. This house is great for a group of people looking for good accommodations and closeness to ski opportunities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

This was a great cabin for a group of friends to stay in together. There was plenty of space with two common areas and several bedrooms. The cabin was clean and well-stocked. The girls all enjoyed the stay and the convenience to Blowing Rock establishments. Booking was easy and information was received well in advance. It was a great stay!

The house was incredibly beautiful and clean, and the amenities were lovely. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and communication was seamless. Because we had such a wonderful time, we're thinking about booking our annual mountain trip here!

We really enjoyed the stay at Freedom Lodge. The Lodge itself was beautiful and well equipped with nice appliances and things that work. Stayed at several cabins before and not even close to the quality of Freedom Lodge. Also you guys as the management company are doing a great job. Appreciate the nice cake that was there when we arrived and the follow up to make sure that everything was OK. And also the extra effort to get my son”s laptop back without a charge. Very much appreciated. We will definitely consider booking through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals the next time.

Great location with plenty of space. Three separate gathering spaces on each floor makes for plenty of areas to space out. Pool table, hot tub, fire pit, card table were all nice. Gas fireplaces added a cozy feel. Kids loved the bearskin rug. Highly recommend!

This house is beautiful!!! The features, space, furnishings, etc. were perfect! Beds are comfortable, the home was more than spacious enough for 5 couples. We enjoyed everything about the home and would consider staying here again! Having said that, I am sure you get accustomed to it but a few of the spots on Galax Rd … we're a little unnerving for this city slicker; BUT it would not prevent me from Renting the house again! I would definitely recommend the Freedom Lodge!

This house was perfect for our family! With 3 King sized beds and multiple bathrooms, we were able to have nice separate areas for each family. It is easily accessible from Boone and Blowing Rock. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, etc. Welcome packet got us started. Plenty of towels even a few extra for the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay!

The Freedom Lodge was a perfect fit for our group! The home is spacious with great mountain furnishings and comfortable beds. The proximity to both Blowing Rock and Boone was great and our kids really enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at the Appalachian ski mountain just around the corner. Definitely a great find!

We loved the cabin! Our family had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, bedsheets and towels. The house is ample with plenty of amenities, pool table, hot tub, BBQ, laundry, soaking tub in the master and two fireplaces. There's a fire pit in the back where the adults in our group enjoyed sitting and chatting in the evening while the kids made smores. The location was wonderful, it's close to skiing, snow tubing and beautiful hikes. Within a 15 minute drive there are also supermarkets, fast food options and some sit down restaurants. But the best part of our stay was the Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals staff. They went above and beyond to help us. The night before our departure there was snow. By our checkout time, we were unable to get our cars out. The lovely people who were sent to clean our cabin helped us get our cars out and even made sure we made it down the mountain safely. We truly recommend this cabin. And based on the customer service I received, I'll be using Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals the next time my family is nearby.

We stayed at Freedom Lodge in late December and we truly enjoyed it. The house is beautiful. It's got three floors, the top floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a living area with a sofa bed and pool table. The main floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room and a fireplace in the living room. On the bottom level there's another bedroom with bathroom, living area and a fireplace. There's a fire pit outside that's great for making s'mores. It's close to many outdoor activities, including Appalachian Ski Mountain, so if you want to ski, you're only a short walk away. We were worried about maybe having spotty WiFi because of the location in the mountains, but we had no such issues. All their TV's are equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc... We would definitely come here again.

It's a beautiful, peaceful mountain house with comfort and style. It's perfectly tucked back in the woods so you get the full mountain feeling while being close to both Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed every minute we were there, and you can expect a relaxing and calming vibe from this place!

We were scheduled to stay in the Cabin for 3 nights and ended up taking advantage of a discounted rate for an extra night. The Cabin was ready for us at expected time, very clean, and ease of arrival was great as codes were emailed so we could go straight to our destination. This property exceeded all of our expectations. We did have a hiccup with an appliance (fireplace) but we understand some 'break downs' are unexpected and it certainly was not something that could have been foreseen to our knowledge. We will definitely be returning to the area at this same unit or something similar when vacation allows!!! 5 Stars all the way!!

The little neighborhood in which this house is located is just right for walking our dogs. The house was large, clean, and when the hot tub blew a breaker, the response from the rental team was prompt. We enjoyed the pool table and took advantage of the rustic back yard for a campfire in the evening. I do have one suggestion, the back yard is very steep. Making the effort to level it would make seating around a camp fire more comfortable. Thank you.

Great stay as always!!!! Blue Ridge Mtn. Rentals treated us awesome as always. We use Blue Ridge Mtn. Rentals every year and have been for the past 4 or 5 years. The staff is great to communicate with by email and/or phone. Always very helpful and understanding. They seem to have a house for all our needs whether we go with a small group or large group.

Great Mountain Getaway! We used Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for the first time with the recommendation from a friend. The process was very easy and anyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. We picked up and dropped off our keys after hours and the directions where simple and everything was printed for you in advance. We plan on making this a tradition and will be using Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals again next year.
