Creekside Cabin is a recently updated 4-bedroom home located in the community of Linville Land Harbor. The home offers seasonal views of the beautiful lake, a large deck outside for enjoying the nice weather the High Country has to offer, and a nice game room downstairs to be enjoyed by all ages!
The main level features lots of windows to allow in natural light for a bright and airy feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining. There is also a Keurig so be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups! The large open space between the dining and living room area allows for perfect space to spread out. The living room has new cozy couches in front of the gas fireplace and TV. There are two bedrooms on the main level - one with a king bed and the other with a queen. These bedrooms will share a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combo. Upstairs is the large master suite. This room has a king size bed, a reading nook and desk for those that might need to work from the home and a large master bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub. On the lower level of this home you'll find one more bedroom with a set of twin bunks, a trundle bed underneath and a separate full size bed in the same room. Perfect for couples traveling with kids! There is also a TV and game room on this level with a foosball table and a small air hockey table as well. The full bath has a tub/shower combo, as well. You can access the garage through this level and you'll find an electric car charger available for guests to use as well!
Spend the morning enjoying a cup of coffee taking in the sights and sounds of the lovely community. Or, in the evening, enjoy family time by the gas fire table on the deck or take a dip in the brand new hot tub. Either way, you are surely to have a great time at this home and wandering around town! The famous Linville Caverns are just 20 minutes away, Grandfather Mountain State park is just 13 minutes away and the neighboring towns of Boone and Blowing Rock are just 35-40 minutes away! Creekside Cabin is here to make your family vacation a fun one filled with great memories.
Beyond the confines of the home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation from Memorial Day through Labor Day , an outdoor lap pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
- This home is pet friendly to mature and well trained dogs, only. A pet fee is $25 per day, per dog is required.
- The neighborhood has many full-time residents and we ask that guests respect quiet hours from 11PM to 8AM.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required in the winter months.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.

The cabin layout was terrific for the whole family (5 adults, 4 kids). Kitchen and living room were open layout, back deck was spacious and another great area for hanging out. We were very impressed with this home. The master bed was very comfortable and there was a separate a/c and heater for the master. The couches were very comfortable and every person could recline. There were tons of extra pillows and super soft blankets that we used on the couches and to bundle up by the fire. The owners truly have thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We have been using Blue Ridge for several years and they are wonderful to work with. The Creekside Cabin we stayed in this year was top notch. Loved the layout of the house and it had everything we needed plus more. The small fenced in area to the side of the property was so convenient for our dogs. This home was absolutely perfect for us! The house was really clean and comfortable. It was so nice to have the fenced in side yard for our pups. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Sugar Mountain Ski slopes and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood and how quiet it was. The Lakeview House was an amazing place for our annual hiking getaway! Our group of friends have stayed at many places over the years and this was one of our favorites by far. The house was beautiful and the accomodations were not only clean, but also nicely laid out and well stocked. Creekside Cabin at Linville Land Harbor was one of the best stays my family and I have ever had in the mountains! The staff was amazing at answering questions, the house was super clean, it had all the amenities you needed and was a beautiful cabin! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was amazing to cook in! The deck was my favorite place to hang out and look at the beautiful scenic views around. Also we went to the neighborhood park down the road and that was a beautiful place for my littles to play on the playground and take beautiful pictures by the lake. We had a wonderful stay! This house will always hold a special place in our hearts as we were able to host our immediate family for an intimate wedding gathering before our elopement. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive with our questions. I'm a little bias as my parents also have a house in Linville Land Harbor, but this neighborhood is incredible! Has all the amenities you could ask for. This house is close to overlook park in the neighborhood which is not only where the pickle ball & tennis courts are located, but provides a nice sitting spot for relaxing with an incredible view! The house is gorgeous and stocked with everything you may need. We stayed here so we could ski and sled beech mountain which was 30 minutes away. This is the perfect location to avoid being trapped in the mountains due to bad weather. We were in and out with no problems! Perfect cozy comfortable house for a large family. The cabin was just amazing my whole family love it. It was close to sugar mountain as well as beech mountain. The views were spectacular. Hoping one day we can live an experience like this again. We loved the house. Figuring out how to access the amenities such as the pool took us contacting the rental company but they worked hard to get it straightened out and was very responsive. Overall it was a great stay- David, Posted: 07/02/2021
We had a wonderful stay. There are so many things nearby that our grandchildren were excited to do and which filled their days. The house is very spacious with three separate levels, giving the adults space on the main and upper levels with kids on the lower level with bedroom, full bath and gaming equipment. The deck was spacious and the canopy kept us very comfortable even in the afternoon sun. Let me also say how comfortable the mattresses were. No problems sleeping on these beds for any of us at all. Great consideration for your guests on that topic alone! The staff was very responsive on a minor matter and followed up to ensure everything went well. Kudos to everyone for their attentiveness and super cleanliness of the home. Everything was well stocked when we arrived to make our visit hospitable and enjoyable. Great location—can't wait to return!! The cabin was lovely, clean, and well-appointed. The kids really enjoyed being outside and there are lots of great community amenities. Our family enjoyed staying here for a weekend of tubing in the winter. We went to Hawksnest for tubing and there were a few other tubing options nearby. The house is very spacious and immaculately clean. I would love to come back in the summer and enjoy all of the community amenities!! The lake is beautiful and is surrounded by rhododendron with lots of walking paths. It is a great place to relax in the mountains for the weekend!
