BaseCamp at Eagles Nest

We absolutely loved our stay at Basecamp. The home was gorgeous and had a well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean and organized. The area was very quiet. The only con I have wasn't related to the house itself but rather getting there — that any of the map apps don't always work — so be mindful of that. Also, important note: there is multiple main gates to get to the property, one of them is the most off-roading experience I have ever been and wouldn't recommend driving through. So, if your maps take you to a road that turns into gravel….do not proceed. Turn around. The proper gate you go to is off a main road and has a large gate with an attendant working. They will kindly give you a map to find the property easier as well. The community is gorgeous, but for sure easy to get lost in since they are newer residents/roads and maps aren't updated. So make sure to get a map from the gate attendant. Other than that, the trip was seamless and property was gorgeous!

This cabin is probably our favorite cabin we've ever stayed in! It's perfect for couples or a small group. The interior is absolutely gorgeous with dark wood and stone and a big fireplace in the living area. The kitchen is amazing and modern with a large gas stove and had every cooking item we could think of or need. The beds are super comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom plus an extra half for the main area was so nice!! The location is so peaceful nestled back in the woods without other cabins right on top of you- We even had several deer come in the yard to explore! Basecamp provided the most perfect getaway for us and we can't wait to come back!

My husband, I, and 2 grandboys had a wonderful time over Thanksgiving in Eagles Nest. Such a beautiful community. We have rented multiple times in this development, always a perfect vacation spot, and everyone is so very kind that live there. Maintenance does an excellent job. Cabin was immaculate, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect size to accommodate the 4 of us. I have utilized BRMR for over 10 years, never have we had a negative experience. Staff could not make the process any easier to navigate and everyone we communicate with are professional, kind, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. Would definitely stay in this beautiful cabin again. Beautiful private setting, excellent amenities, my grandsons will be begging to go back and talking about this trip for many years to come. Thank you for a memorable holiday and sharing your gorgeous home.

The property was as advertised. It's new, clean, and very comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and we used the gas fireplace daily. Wifi was excellent and all TV's we large and smart. Furnishings were great and we took advantage of the gas grill and even used the outdoor gas fire pit one night for a few minutes (it was cold). We had 3 in our party and the house was a perfect size. It was our first time staying in Eagles Nest and we loved it. We saw bears, dear, turkey, and we were able to enjoy the peak of fall leaves. Would definitely stay here again.
