Enjoy another point of view at this lovely 4-bedroom home situated between Boone and Blowing Rock! This stunning home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience across its three levels.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area adorned with a magnificent stacked stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. The adjacent fully stocked kitchen boasts high-end finishes and stainless appliances, providing ample space for culinary adventures and entertaining guests. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker so be sure to bring your favorite grounds with you! Just off the kitchen area you'll find a spacious covered deck complete with a large dining table, several rocking chairs, and a gas grill (propane provided!).
The master suite, located just off the kitchen on the main level, offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, access to the deck, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower. Down one level you'll find 3 additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. One of the queen bedrooms has a private bathroom and the other two bedrooms will share a full bathroom in the hall. This level also offers access to a deck, again complete with ample seating options! Head down one more level to find the billiards room. This level offers a queen size sleeper sofa for guests to utilize, as well as another full bathroom and flat screen TV.
When night falls, gather around the fire pit outside for s'mores and stories under the starry sky. A perfect way to make the best memories with friends and family! Conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock, this home offers easy access to a myriad of outdoor activities, from hiking and biking to skiing and snowboarding. Whether you're seeking adventure or serenity, this mountain retreat provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories with family and friends.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Repeat guests returning to Another Point of View can receive a 5% discount.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is NOT pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.

This house is ideal for those who just want to relax and cook meals in, or for those who want to be convenient to all the amazing things to do in Blowing Rock and Boone. We wanted both and had an amazing stay!! We shopped, hiked, visited breweries, cooked in, and ate out. Plenty of room for people to spread out on different decks or in
the various sitting areas, or also comfortable if you all
want to be together in the kitchen and great room.

This cabin was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. First and foremost it was very clean, up to date and well decorated. It even had a few extras then were listed like a coffee maker, toaster, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Downstairs was the favorite of our teenagers with the pool table and big screen tv for their Xbox. There were plenty of TVs for everyone to enjoy. We stayed at Our Point of View in Blowing Rock, NC - Cabin is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described and very clean! Which is not always the case in some cabins... We have stayed in many cabins over the years and this one is right a the top. Convenient to Blowing Rock and Boone. We were there with another family celebrating parent weekend at App State and it could
have not gone better. Only complaint was that it wasn't

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for trips to both Blowing Rock and Boone. Our favorite place was the top balcony to soak in all of the mountain air and breezes. Stayed here for graduation. Great location. Check-in was easy. The cabin is beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed and the large island makes it easy to prepare meals as well as offering additional seating. The main floor master is helpful for older guests (the grandparents) so they did not have to traverse the steep stairs going down to the bottom two levels. The pool table and fire pit were a plus. Love, love love this cabin!!! It was so well appointed with gorgeous mountain views, that the pictures don't give it justice.It was immaculately clean! which has always been important to me, and the owners were so nice as to give little extras such as travel shampoos, soaps, and toilet paper! Thank you so much! We enjoyed toasting marshmellows for our smores in the firepit. The 3 decks were gorgeous with views.The beds were very comfy and I loved even the bedding. The 4.5 bathrooms were so convenient for our family to not have to share! We have rented cabins for our family every year for the past 6 years, and this one was by far, my favorite. Loved the view, the ease to find, the access to town, to hiking etc. The mattresses are very comfortable, and kitchen supplies were more than adequate. Having the pool table, tv for games and TVs for Christmas movies made our stay even more fun. We had 3 generations of family, including 4 young grandchildren. One is a toddler. Another is a 3-year-old with multiple disabilities. Next time, we will bring gates to block off the stairs. This cabin is one of the very few that can meet our sleeping arrangement requirements. We loved our time there. Plenty of room for us, gorgeous views and a fat ground hog and host of chipmunks to watch from the decks. Great! Everything was handled by email. Responses were prompt. Questions were answered. We loved our stay at Our Point of View. The cabin is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the deck (off the kitchen) and had several meals there. The view is truly amazing and I'm so thankful we had great weather on Thursday and Friday to enjoy coffee, breakfast and then cocktails on the deck!
